Hello Manx Families in the CommunitySeptember 2010 MeetingThe Galva Manx Society met on June 5, 2011 for a potluck lunch at the Galva Odd Fellow Hall with 12 members in attendance. A program of slides of the Isle of Man and England was given by DeRollo, Marilyn and Shirley Kelly. On the 4th of July, President DeRollo Kelly drove the Galva Manx Society float in the parade. The fall meeting of the Galva Manx Society was held on November 6, 2011 at the Main Street Eatery in Galva where desert and coffee was enjoyed by all. There were fifteen members present with members sharing Manx memorbillia. Election of officers was held with DeRollo Kelly remaining as president and Shirley Kelly also re-elected as secretary/treasurer. It was noted that the North American Manx Association (NAMA) Convention will be held August 9-12, 2012 in Plattville, Wisconsin.
